You deal with Ben.
Not a project manager.
Not a salesperson.
Unlike large building companies where clients can feel like just another contract, Ben Katene personally oversees every project from start to finish. He started as a carpenter, progressed to site supervision on custom homes, then obtained his low-rise builder's licence.
That hands-on background means he holds every tradie on site to the same high standards he set for himself. You get Gold Coast expertise, real accountability, and a builder who answers his phone.
